Zest - Theme Day

Zest is defined as living life with a sense of excitement, anticipation, and energy. I love the anticipation of what the new day holds for me, making the most of everyday.

For more interpretations of Zest head over to CDP Theme Day page.

Inyadda Beach

The 1.6 km long Bendalong beach also known as Inyadda Beach is the surfing beach for Bendalong. It faces the southeast and curves for 1.6 km from Red Head to Inyadda Point. A small lagoon and creek drain across the southern end during heavy rain which you can see here is very active. This is not a safe beach to swim at as it has numerous dangers and is unpatrolled.

Washies...

The top one was taken Saturday the one below on Sunday, if I knew I was going to use them on here I would have taken them from same location not 500m apart.  This is Washerwomens Beach at Bendalong, 3 hours south of Sydney it is great beach for kids and dogs and if you like to hand feed sting rays (well I am not sure of exact bread) this is the place to visits.
