At least the big birds sit still long enough for you take their picture, I had no hope with the little wrens.

Roseville Bridge x 2

The reflection on the glassy water were fantastic the day we walked up in the Garigal NP,
hope they are today too as we head out in the boat.
To see more reflections head over to James Weekend Reflections.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Flat Rock Beach.

Track onto beach
So this is our destination, Flat Rock Beach. We have been here several times before but in the boat and never at low tide, so we were able to see it quite differently to what we had in the past.

Low tide, looking south

Looking East.

The Track

Sometimes we get off the water and head out on foot...
Last Sunday we walked a track called Flat Rock Beach Track which is in the Garigal National Park 20klm north of Sydney CBD. It sits beside Middle Harbour and Middle Harbour Creek.
So for the next few days I will share some photos from this walk. It was cloudy and threatening rain while we walked but once complete the sun was out and not a drop of rain fell on us.

Roseville Bridge

The Roseville bridge is 17.4 metres overhead and was open in 1966.
Roseville Bridge is part of a major thoroughfare from the Pacific Highway at Roseville to the Northern Beaches and suburbs east of Middle Harbour.
