Hyde Park

Looking North over Sydney's Hyde Park, St Mary's Cathedral, the Domain and Sydney Harbour.
With the ANZAC War Memorial in the foreground.
Hyde Park is named after the original in London and can be found on the eastern side of the Sydney Central Business District.

  1. Brilliant view. I once worked in an office building, to the left of this, with similar views towards the harbour but didn't have such a great view of the war memorial.

  2. Hi Jo - welcome to blogger world. We have a Hyde Park here in Adelaide but it's suburb with-out a park - what a pity.
This is a great overview of the area.

  8. Terrific shot! And I love your header shot, too. From which building was each taken, please?

  9. Thanks Julie, they are from residential blocks. Hyde Park was taken from The Hyde, and Header from The Observatory Tower.
