Australia Day 2013




Australia Day for us this year meant getting out early to attend Swim Club, it was an extra special day as the Ashfield Amateur Swim Club was celebrating its 50th Anniversary. We are now heading out to friends for the evening to finish celebrating the day.

    The cake looks yummy and I too would love to be transported to Oz for sunshine, nice warm temps and a dip in that pool. Have a love holiday weekend.

    I must admit it was melt in your mouth cake too, perfect cake for the day... And happy to say the sunshine is replaced with well deserved rain today, maybe it might help return the grass to a color that resembles green..
